  i don’t usually comment on stuff like this, but man… i used to be so in my head. constantly overthinking, second-guessing everything around women. i thought being nice and doing all the right things would be enough. but it never was. what changed for me was realizing it’s more about how you show up, not what you say or do. one of the things that helped me connect the dots was this book someone recommended on a dating forum a while back, its called break her bed by jake black. it’s not what the title makes it sound like (just the s*x stuff).... it’s actually way deeper than that. worth checking out if you’ve ever felt stuck like i was.
