  I’m from Uruguay. My mother and me watched last year’s opening ceremony on YouTube, and it inspired us to make the trip of a lifetime together to see this year’s ceremony in person. Unfortunately, she passed out just as the ceremony began, so we missed it completely. We’re watching it for the first time here, even though we were actually there. Despite everything, the medical staff were kind, professional, and incredibly caring. I truly hope we’ll have the chance to come back next year and experience this beautiful event the way we always dreamed. 🥲
