We Raised the Main Course! | Mom’s Old-Fashioned Newfoundland Sides

It doesn’t get much more farm-to-table than this! In today’s video, we’re cooking one of our own home-raised ducks, along with some of Mom’s old-fashioned Newfoundland sides — the kind of homemade food we grew up eating. We raised these ducks ourselves, so sitting down to enjoy one makes this meal a little more special. We know how the birds were raised, what they were fed, and the care that went into putting this food on our table. And if you’re wondering how the duck turned out… just ask Mom! 😂 She keeps telling us how delicious it is throughout the video.
