  It seems like some people are misunderstanding what I said, so just to be clear: nobody is saying that Shanks actually chipped Mihawk’s sword.<br><br>What I’m saying is that Mihawk may have learned through battle that something like that &quot;could&quot; happen if his Haki fell below his opponent’s, even for a moment.<br><br>Especially on X, things often get twisted and passed around in a completely different way from what was actually said, and that’s honestly pretty frustrating.<br><br>I’m not interested in the Mihawk vs. Shanks powerscaling debate that apparently comes up a lot in the One Piece community on X. So if people bring that debate here and accuse me of “taking Shanks’ side,” I really don’t know what to tell them.<br><br>Nobody said Shanks overwhelmed Mihawk.<br><br>I think most people who actually watch the video carefully will understand what I mean, so if you see someone making that kind of comment, I’d appreciate it if you could explain it to them.

  Fun fact: I recently realized that Mihawk&apos;s design seems to be based on the Gundam Epyon from the Gundam Wing series. Honestly, I think Oda is a massive fan of mecha anime in general.   I think Zoros controlling conquers haki is not only his promise to his captain, but the promise between Kuina and Zoro. That memory itself is the biggest trigger because his goal is set on that promise. That unbreakable passion is the trigger

  I think the “strength of self” in relation to conquerors haki hints at the importance of Titles needed to claim their dreams. Gaban is The Mountain Eater, Rayleigh is The Dark King, and Roger’s was crowned Pirate King by Morgans so that his shared dream with Joyboy could be realized by starting the great pirate era. Just like Luffy can only achieve his true dream by first becoming Pirate King, Zoro will have to &nbsp;become The King of Hell before he will achieve his dream of becoming the greatest swordsman. <br>“All things change” would be important for this too if we look at how Elbaph has different interpretations of Nika and in the current world you have people who fear and hate Roger just like people who admire him all under the title of pirate king
