12'o clock noon is too late. If you are in mountains it is better to start early as snow melts and small water crossing becomes big & tough as you encountered. Always it is advisable to start as early as possible.

Sir.. That tanker was Bitumen tanker.. Usme ek Fire chamber hota h.. jise Bitumen Freez na ho jaye.. warna unload nai ho payega… Aage kahi road ban raha hoga.. wahi jaa raha hoga
