  I would literally use this show as **inspiration for my ED last year and before then. It's really not good for people who struggle with any sort of disorder with food.

  I can confirm that when I was in active ED I watched a lot of this show and so did the other people I knew, its a very dangerous show

  This time in TV is truly a sight to behold. So many dumb and outlandish concepts all packed into a 20-30 minute run time with a dash of new person(s) each episode.

  I've had a 12 year long struggle with disordered eating and anorexia. When I'm in my bad periods, I will actively watch these shows and I don't know why

  It’s crazy how this was allowed to be televised. This program played a massively negative role in my ED. So glad it’s stopped now

  also as someone who has struggled with my weight & the food i eat, to me this show feels very toxic. to get someone who barely struggles to eat the right amount of food each day, to then give them the complete opposite is so wrong, they're just throwing them in the deep end and near enough forcing them to do this. i still struggle to this day and watching this i just felt uncomfortable. idk the show just feels weird.

  early version of the show got in trouble for the food waste of the tube and (I think) also got in trouble of showing accurate annarexic diet values, later epsiodes toned up the anna food take to 500 cal less than normal
