WHY NO CANNONS? Answer :

If you want to see and hear us playing 1812 with cannons, fireworks and towerbell, watch our live concert: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUpuAvQQrC0

We do not have permission from the authorities to get a cannon out for the flashmob. Cannon = weapon.
Think of it: a busy square full of people. A spontaneous flashmob. Suddenly there are explosions ... It's better not to scare people.

I don't know why, but I was expecting a couple people dragging a cannon in.

"I'll bring the cannon!"
"Um... No, that's okay... We'll just skip the cannon part..."
"You sure? It'll fit in my truck!"
"Yeah... Yeah, we're good without the cannon..."
"Aw, man! Nobody ever lets me play the cannon! How's a street musician suppose to survive?!"

This is where "real" music belongs - out among the people, not tucked away in some stuffy concert hall and played to an audience of penguins.

Who else was waiting for them to wheel in a big anti-aircraft cannon?
