A morning prayer inside Psalm 145 for the day you know God is good but can no longer feel it. We appreciate your support! This morning devotional goes inside Psalm 145 and walks through three truths. First, that remembering His goodness is a daily choice, not a feeling you wait for, the way Jeremiah recalled God's mercies in the ruins of Jerusalem and Israel carried twelve stones out of the Jordan (Psalm 145:7, Psalm 145:1-2, Psalm 103:2, Lamentations 3:21-23, Joshua 4:7, Psalm 145:4). Second, that His goodness is His character and not your circumstances, and that it reached even Nineveh while Jonah sat outside the city and resented it (Psalm 145:8, Psalm 145:9, Jonah 4:2, Jonah 4:11). Third, that the Lord upholds all who fall, the way John Mark walked away and was written back into the story (Psalm 145:13, Psalm 145:14, Micah 7:8, Acts 15:38, 2 Timothy 4:11, Psalm 145:18). Along the way you will hear why one line is missing from the Hebrew text, and what a psalm scroll hidden near the Dead Sea revealed in 1956. Stay to the end for a blessed prayer over your memory of His goodness, your family, your finances, your healing and your breakthrough, in the mighty name of Jesus. 🙏 If this prayer blessed you, comment "I WILL REMEMBER" and share it with someone who has stopped feeling God's goodness this season. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a morning prayer. 📖 CHAPTERS: 0:00 The Grandmother Who Forgot Names but Remembered Every Hymn 0:21 Psalm 145 — A Song David Built for Memory 0:37 The Hebrew Acrostic — One Line for Every Letter 0:54 The Mystery — One Letter of the Alphabet Is Missing 1:30 They Shall Utter the Memory of Your Great Goodness (Psalm 145:7) 2:06 You Have Not Stopped Believing — You Have Started Forgetting 2:43 Remembering His Goodness Is a Daily Choice 3:03 Every Day I Will Bless You (Psalm 145:1-2) 4:04 Bless the Lord, O My Soul, and Forget Not All His Benefits (Psalm 103:2) 4:49 Why the Enemy Wants Your Pain Vivid and Your Blessings Blurry 5:10 Jeremiah Sitting in the Ruins of Jerusalem 5:26 This I Recall to My Mind, Therefore I Have Hope (Lamentations 3:21-23) 6:19 The Jordan Stood Up in a Heap 6:55 Twelve Stones From the Riverbed 7:15 These Stones Shall Be for a Memorial (Joshua 4:7) 8:14 One Generation Shall Praise Your Works to Another (Psalm 145:4) 8:45 Where Are Your Memorial Stones? 9:19 Write Down One Thing God Has Done for You This Year 9:49 His Goodness Is His Character, Not Your Circumstances 10:05 Gracious and Full of Compassion, Slow to Anger (Psalm 145:8) 10:49 The Lord Is Good to All (Psalm 145:9) 11:30 Jonah and the Mercy He Did Not Want to Share 12:33 I Know That You Are a Gracious and Merciful God (Jonah 4:2) 13:44 Should I Not Pity Nineveh?
