the lawyer should have taken action right away. Get a restraining order. Members of any HOA who don't know where their money is going, deserved to be cheated.

Why do most of these stories have lawyers give garbage advice? Very simple, put it this way: Have your lawyer send me all the proper, legal County documents that give you the legal right to dictate anything to me on my land. Any other communication will be considered at minimum Harassment , maybe even interference of property ownership,
