The window thing is in reference to a song off of Yoko Ono's Approximately Infinite Universe, where she sings, "Age 39, looking over from a hotel window, <br>wondering if one should jump off or go to sleep." She was 39 when the song was written. John had just turned 39 when he recorded that journal. I'm not sure it signifies anything.

Sean knowing about the movie Help! probably means John watched the movie many years later and showed it to Sean which i think is sweet
