  That intro hit hard. As women, our appearance is often viewed as our ultimate value in society. It’s important we don’t make it an idol and lean into God more to determine our value

  Fasting has helped me overcome multiple addictions. Very deeply rooted, generational addictions and simpler ones like getting Starbucks every single morning, listening to secular music — I’m a firm believer in fasting

  I have found in fasting for two weeks, doing a Daniel fast, that I&apos;ve gone into a space where I now eat maybe once a day. &nbsp;I feel so much better physically and emotionally the way I&apos;ve started eating. &nbsp;I have felt so much closer to God and hear Him so much more clearly. &nbsp;It is amazing how much more clarity I have and it has helped create a pause instead of jumping into anything. &nbsp;It is amazing how much better life has become.

  I have fasted numerous times in my life without any results. I&apos;ve always walked out of all my fasts the same. I actually don&apos;t really fast anymore, which is sad. The only thing that has ever yielded results for me is consecration. I spent three full days with no YouTube, no social media, no phone, no television. I spent the 3 days praying and reading my Bible. On the 4th day, something I was not even asking God for happened. I received the gift of speaking in tongues. Hopefully after this video I will get help and direction on perhaps what I do wrong when fasting.

  My God! As we go into 2026, my prayer is that I yield to God on a whole new level! ❤ this podcast was so rich. So many great nuggets. I’ve often fasted every year, so this coming year however is so different.

  Fasting entertainment is a fast but it is not a biblical fast. This is important to know. You can live without entertainment. You cannot live without food and water.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45DSNHakRms&amp;t=1603">26:43</a> Yes! &amp; ask GOD to give you the strength. HUMILITY and then make it almost impossible for you to fall. Ie. don’t be around food, don’t have your phone on you or delete the apps, etc.
