So many gems Mr Mathu! Thank you so much- my two main take aways are, learn from the mistakes of our parents and do better then the 25-50-25 budgeting allocations. Please also talk about retirement home options in the future for kenyans in their 40s and 50s. The model of building and moving to a home in the village at retirement, is an old model. Thank you for your work!

Great insight there. I have a question kindly advice. I have both long n short term investments unfortunately i lost the job n ive not been able to contribute monthly to the short term and i now use money in the short term to service the long term investment yearly. What can i do to increase the interest for the long term Investment?
