About the last search - the house that had a hot tub. You can always buy a hot tub. You can't buy a lake!

For the 1st house hunters, i would choose the 1st house as well. They all needed updates but that house had the most value for money. For the 2nd house hunters, the last house will be my pick because it is under budget leaving enough money for updates. For the 3rd house hunters, i will pick the 3rd house as well. It had the best views, came furnished and the layout is nice plus the updates won't be much. It also had 4 bedrooms so plenty of space

19:37 the trees were not blocking the view at the second house!

For the last couple if you can’t afford to get brand new appliances, then you shouldn’t be buying a lake house. Also the appliances were fine.
It’s funny how people used to worry so much about appliances…. If I could find a house that I remotely like and also can afford I don’t care about appliances, we’ll figure them out eventually! Lol

The second group, the lady with her mom & sisters, she should have picked the second house it was more spacious & it was almost the same price as the little house they chose
