Awesome information man, seriously, helpful! Newbie for sure, studying before I try my first! Great video, thanks for going through the whole process, steps and tips. <br>Question, what does grinding the edge in between do? And what's the difference between antler and copper? You rock!! What direct or indirect? Really inspiring video man! Going through my obsidian when I go home. Any home tools you can use to play around?

Brian Cofield made a video a while back. He uses a river rock wrapped in leather held firmly against the top of the piece. It adds weight to the work piece. Helps keep the stone from kicking back.
