  You can tell that guy wanted to get his wife off the car since the beginning but didn't want to disappoint her by not standing up for her even though what she was doing is ridiculous. You can't keep stuff you don't pay for. It's stealing just like grabbing a TV and running out of the store.

  When you pay with money orders they come with a receipt so you can keep with you as proof of payment. I use money orders to pay all my bills.
