  The fact that people are pretending this is age. There's been plenty of elderly performers who do not pull lasers out of their ass. She's been making drugged out videos for 6 years now. I grew up near her and she was never a nice person. Talented, Yes, nice No

  I'm a healthcare professional. The erratic behavior may not be caused by alcohol or recreational drugs. It is likely advancing age and the sequelae of a serious health episode in recent  years. Madonna was hospitalized with respiratory distress, infection, hypoxia, and on a ventilator. It weakened her heart and caused some damage to her brain secondary to the oxygen deficit.  This is evident to me in her muscular weakness, poor balance, and slurred, slower speech. I see patients like this at my job every day. They discharge from the hospital with our home healthcare company and they never fully recover from an episode like this. It is likely to happen again.

  I really hope she pulls it together- it’s sad to see anyone decline mentally and physically.  You never really know what people are going through.

  She was always pushing the envelope for forty years it was the persona that got her attention . It got old, and she doesn’t know how to do anything else.

  Ive been thinking this about M for a few years now. I believe it started when she started dating her current BF.<br>Her kids could intervene. Most of them are adults now.
