Amazing content as always, I started investing earlier 2026 now I just hit $350k. I spent years watching videos like this, wondering if it was ever actually going to happen for me or if I was just dreaming. Today, I finally logged in and saw that number. It's not about the flex; it's the fact that I can finally breathe and take care of my family forever. If you're at your lowest right now, please don't quit. Your life can look completely different a year from now if you stay focused. Sending this win to everyone who's still in the trenches.🌟

You should watch the whole thing but in case you have a short attention span, here's the cliff notes:

Sign 1: You have financial margin every month. Spend less than you make, that difference is the margin you have
Sign 2: You have an emergency fund. Have 3-6 months of expenses in cash
Sign 3: You are investing consistently. 401K, IRA, Taxable brokerage, put your money somewhere it will grow
Sign 4: Your lifestyle hasn't exploded. You aren't seeing lifestyle inflation as you make more money, and you continue having margin every month.
Sign 5: You sleep well at night. You aren't worried about money but he doesn't take into account playing video games until 3am O.o

About that paycheck to paycheck survey. The criteria is that they personally find it hard to make progress on personal financial goals. Typically people in that income bracket have much. more aggressive goals , i.e. retire with $20 million, than the average person.

I have a special needs grandson, and it makes me happy to not live a luxury lifestyle now so that I can leave him enough inheritance to live his best life after I'm gone.

What if you don’t sleep well at night because you work a second job to be able to save a significant amount of your income?

TOP TIP. You can save money by not ironing your Masters quarter zip before wearing it on YouTube.

I think people misunderstand the meaning of paycheck to paycheck. They invest heavily and FEEL paycheck to paycheck. In reality, they have lots of assets.

I don’t like my emergency fund sitting in the bank. It was a few years ago now there was an area that got hit with hurricanes and power was out for weeks. How do you get all your money when it’s locked in a bank with no power? Keep some cash on hand to be safe.
