He definitely made that quote up. Only the WWE says "WWE universe". The only time that a fan would say "WWE universe" is if they are making fun on WWE's marketing.

They are no longer making a product to make money. They're using a product to extract wealth. It's not about making the best product, its about making the most money. And as long as money go up they will absolutely not care about anything.
