I was SO surprised when I saw the exterior of Casa Pollastro. I lived in that part of Dallas for well over a decade - that was where the Picasso's Pizza used to be and so many places have tried to take over that space since it died. That's AMAZING to see a place like that and I hope it sticks around!

I live in Dallas. Hard 8 very mid. Much better options. If you are not from Texas then you may enjoy. But much better options

That mix of Italian and Brazilian paired with an all-you-can-eat experience is definitely something that I want to experience the next time I'm in Texas.

I think this is one of the best looking restaurants in America you've tried. Italian Brazilian looks like a great pairing. I bet you come back to this one.

As someone who lives in Texas and passes by a hard eight joint twice a week, they start early and they start right. I haven't eaten there yet, but as someone who makes their own BBQ, they're an OK start.
