The cast is superb, including Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, and Robert Pattinson. Starring Pattinson, Zendaya, and Tom Holland, what exactly is *The Odyssey*? *The Odyssey is one of the most important epic poems of ancient Greece, and the most famous survival adventure story in Western literary history. Imagine you've won a ten-year world war, thinking you can return home in glory and live a happy life, only to find that the end of the war is the beginning of hell! This is the predicament of the protagonist, Odysseus. During these ten years, he encountered man-eating Cyclopes, witches who turned people into pigs, sirens who killed with their songs, and was even forced to venture into the underworld.
