Number 1 in my book is DOA 4. From the amount of multi level stages, the costumes, and the overall aesthetic of the game. I think it was definitely the prettiest entry in the franchise

Like DOA5 had better visuals in DOA6 the characters were too glossy looking and sometimes they looked stiff like their eyes seemed soulless or doll-like to me. Facial expressions in DOA6 also seemed stiff and unable to emote which is a bit of a disservice to our gorgeous cast. Hopefully they fix it in DOA7. Like look how Fatal Frame 2 Remake looked. Mio and Mayu can emote well while still looking beautiful.

DOA 4 is the best in the series to me! I LOVED all of the ending videos. Especially Christie's, which I watched on repeat more than I care to admit.
