  As someone with anxiety and panic attacks, I fall asleep to Les’s videos almost every night now. There’s something amazingly calming about them!!<br><br>Update: 4 Years later &amp; I still keep Les in the playlist. So relieving to see that other people go through some of the same things as you. Will always be a fan of Les’s content, He’s helped a lot of people in ways I bet he never expected. Cheers!

  The thing that stands out in rewatching this show now that I’m older is the sense of humour that Les inserts in the editing.

  There&apos;s something so amazingly peaceful seeing Les in these places suriving. It makes me calm in an otherwise apocalyptic world.
