  Yay, my favorite series returns! Most of videos talking about taxes on tiktok are literally just tax fraud, not even tax evasion.

  Funny enough I actually bumped into Duane (2nd video) at a real estate meetup in Toronto about a month ago. The guy kept quoting Buffett (“It’s time in the market, not timing the market”), and then in the next breath told me to sell everything and go all-in on condos 😂 zero consistency sentence to sentence. <br><br>That video is exactly how he acted in real life, so at least he&apos;s very authentic.

  The whole opening an LLC being a cheat code thing is thanks to Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Robert very inaccurately gives that advice and people think you can just use them and pay zero taxes and make tons of money.

  I work for a big 4 consulting firm on Bay Street and we&apos;re constantly telling clients that they should open an LLC that shows $0 profit on the books and $0 in assets because banks absolutely love giving those exact kinds of companies huge interest free loans
