Here in the UK I imagine 90% of homes have ibuprofen and paracetamol in their cupboard, costs about 50p and packet at any supermarket.

In the U.K. Ibuprofen is sold in Supermarkets. You can only buy two packets at a time though and have to be over 18. Don’t know what the first woman in Spain was doing?

Why assume medications have the same name all around the world!! Just look around the store for the aisle that sells medicinal items. Or why not take headache tablets etc with you when you go on holiday.
