  Yuki, I have watched all of your videos and now something to write to you. You gave me the courage to put myself first. 28 years, same company post covid burnout, stress, long days turning into nights, double shifts. Then the anxiety started from the stress. <br> &nbsp;Shaking, heavy breathing, cold sweats, could not walk into the building, could not drive, then could not leave my home. Slowly had to stop going in. 28 years. <br> &nbsp;I finally decided to put myself first and cut my hours down. No family, no children, no partner, alone and scared. 28 years. <br> &nbsp; Old recipes made, my mother raised 4 on her own, tinned fish instead of fresh, reduced vegetable rack, marked down specials, and made some of your recipes. You and your wife are amazing. <br> &nbsp;You gave me the courage to put myself first and money second. I’m scared but there is more to life than money. I have plenty of vegetables growing but only one eggplant, I named it Yuki<br>Thank you sir.

  To ripen, place in brown paper bag with an apple and banana and keep in a temperature around 20-25 degrees Celsius. Other than that, sprinkle some sugar on the melon and leave in fridge till desert time
