  I'm so grateful that God led me to Skip's teaching.  I'm a happy child of God for over 25 years and I've never heard the Word so wonderfully taught. What a pleasure! I want to go to Israel with Skip's Group!

  Spiritual gift like tongues were always for the lost to be able to witness in their own language, never for Christians.. but yes to edify the Lord.

  Thanks Pastor Skip - I like your definition of faith - it’s similar to how A.W. Tozer defined it - “confidence in the character of God.” He gave a whole series on the attributes of God - His love - His mercy - His omnipotence - and many others because faith in God depends first on knowing who God is and what He is like. I think for many of us our faith falters when God doesn’t do what we want Him to do and we don’t understand why He does what He does. For example, a loved one who suffers for months with cancer ending in death despite tear filled prayers. Or a parent who loses a child to a murderer. It’s difficult to know what to say to the family. In many cases it either drives them closer to God or drives them away from Him. I think if we had spiritual eyes we would see that like fish in the ocean we’re immersed in a supernatural ocean at war - filled with demons and angels - a world halfway between heaven and hell. It drives me closer to God because like Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” John 6:68 Regardless of feelings, it’s worth remembering that our faith is built on the historical fact of the resurrection. Because Christ lives, we will live also. God bless!

  Thank you Skip I gave a comment.About my accident &nbsp;I was &nbsp; &nbsp;In &nbsp;inAluquerque &nbsp;a while back i was pushed into the street and hit by a car on montgomery Street right by San Mateo right by Del Norte High School i suffered a cuncusion and my rib cage is crushed icant wait to feel better and go back home to Albuquerque Im in lubbock Texas healing up right now at Moody<br>neurorehabilitation institute
