Hey Everyone, Thanks for tuning in. If you have an interest in having your own version of these guitars, let Gibson know in the comments. If there is enough interest they might do a limited run.

 Dear Gibson,
Pretty please, with a little green rosetta on top, make reproductions of these guitars, and maybe even Epiphone versions for those financially reclined among us.
Thanks, Michael.

The way Dweezil honors his father's work while being a phenomenal artist himself is pure evidence of what's to come. I'm just thankful for that.

Dweezil, I’m glad your dad passed on the love of music and the guitar. I saw your dad in the middle seventies, and he was a gentleman that truly believed in showmanship and entertaining his fans. From what I hear and see, your dad has definitely rubbed off on you. Thanks for keeping his legacy alive !! 🎸🔥

My uncle was a DJ for 27 years and a HUGE Zappa fan, His collection of Zappa albums is like no other I had seen. At the time of Franks death, he had 51 of his albums, Some he tells me are very hard to find and collectors won't let them go. I am not sure how many Frank released, probably over 60 and since his death, his family has released many more. I still listen to my faves. Muffin Man is one of my top 5 desert island tracks and my kids LOVE listening to Stink Foot. You haven't lived until you hear your 7 year old walking thru the house singing "Out in the night and the whispering breezes to the place where they keep the imaginary diseases" lol

Hi Mr. Zappa, my friend Liquid Len, or Johnathan Smeeton saved Frank's guitar from the Smoke On The Water mishap. He did lightning for Frank and when running out just "grabbed it not even knowing if Frank was alive, or anyone for that matter." He talks about it in an interview/podcast. It's on YouTube. Somewhere. Love you, and you knowledge of music. You rock!😊

Quick story for Dweezil: When I was in H.S. in the early 70s I remember reading an interview with Frank Zappa in Stereo Review magazine. They asked him ''Why do you keep your stereo components in a closet, but your speakers out in the room? Frank's response was ''To keep my little Rugrats from playing with all the knobs'' I remember reading that interview like yesterday ... wondering if that's the 'SG special' that your Dad played at the 'Mother's live at the Fillmore 71? Loved the tone of the SG on that album!
