As he continues to brand outlets like MSN, CNN, and Politico as "Fake News," the burden of proof lies squarely with him. He must be held accountable to substantiate these claims; without evidence, they are flatly defamatory. Your organizations should seriously consider launching a $10 billion countersuit—an amount he famously favors in his own legal battles. Just be sure to channel Dr. Evil and raise a pinky to your mouth when you announce it.
