We eat stingrays here, in Christmas island. We marinade them in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onions and bayleaf. I like to add, any fish, either fried, or stew, we dont peel the skin off, skin is very tasty, western counterparts dont like skin, they peel it off. And we cook simply. Often, its only salt, onion, and ajinomoto(umami). No cheese or any other ingredients or condiments.

I've only made stingray in lemon butter sauce, but I saw Guga grilled it teriyaki style and now I really want to try that.

You're a trip 😂 the stingray fight was crazy. On the spotlight I think if you pull the trigger all the way back to take the tension off of the spring then push the pin behind the trigger to the opposite side the trigger should turn the light on and off. Fun video 😊

You should try making some stuffed squid. There are many different ingredients to stuff it with, some do it with meat and some with rice. They're all delicious btw!

Hopefully the light cycle in the grow tents wasn’t harmed in this video

If you want to seal the dock wood, use linseed oil. They use it on wooden ship hulls to make the wood waterproof. It soaks into the grain and then solidifies. Definitely a crazy video. Never seen anyone catch a stingray!

Stingray is my top 3 favourite fish. 1st grouper, 2nd stingray, 3rd red of mangrove snapper.. I'm from Singapore and often go fishing.. In Singapore and Malaysia, we Chinese love the stingray barbecue with Sambal chilli spread on the top then use a aluminium foil wrap it. Best.. or you can cut it in cubes with the skin and stir fry with sambal chilli. Look for chilli paste with garlic in your supermarket
