These greened up water retaining areas will get more rainfall, in the end.The hot dry rocky areas create their own high pressure dome... The moist areas add coolness and moisture, which feed the rain cycle.<br>Subtle, but it helps.

There are a number of literal natural rock formations that slow water down. The indigenous peoples of the Southwest actually used these systems of rock formations historically. It means that the creeks needs to get the ability to flood the land.

Americans need to relearn how to harvest water AGAIN. That means bringing back beavers also.

They dried up all over because decades ago we almost eradicated beavers that worked the rivers, along with the rounding up of larger grazing animals.. ppl dont get it.. society today is insane, barreling towards a cliff blindfolded with madmen at the wheel.
