Friday the 13th is that one franchise where making the same movie over and over again works at least in my opinion

Best line in the video, 6 foot 5 and weighing in at enough to kick your ass.

I saw the Final Chapter in the theater. We all thought it was over. Back then, the way you found out about a new movie was when you either saw the trailer at the movies or the commercial on TV. This is something that doesn’t happen anymore. We used to see movies trailers during commercials during prime time TV. We didn’t have the internet to report on movies during production. So, when I saw the commercial for New Beginning one night on tv, I was in complete shock that another Friday was coming out soon.

They just need to get back to the basics with Friday The 13th! All we want is Jason back in the woods doing his thing.

Love the longer videos like this. This is one of my main channels I go to when it’s time for my midnight shifts

Ian, I watch your long form retrospective compilations so much I can quote you at times. Let that be a testament to the evergreen quality of your work.

51:51 had me rolling, then the stop, sip, and then return to character made me pop pretty hard - that was some funny shit.

One detail about F13 Part 3 I think is kinda interesting is that the Fangoria magazine that Debbie is reading has a Godzilla article and the reason I find it interesting is that the movie came out 2 years prior to the Big G's big comeback with 1984's The Return of Godzilla
