To whoever is storing olive oil in the fridge, stop.<br><br>I usually avoid "blends" as they are usually mixed with canola oil, so I always lean towards EVOO... BUT I did not know about the best-before dates, and the origins. <br><br>Great info!<br><br>Definitely something I will consider for future purchases.

I have been buying Terra D'Alyssa for years and will probably continue to do so until I can find something comparable in quality for less, without having to go to a larger container that I won't use up in time to keep it from going rancid.
