I don't understand why sleep meditations/hypnosis videos have ads in them. Just as I started relaxing a loud ad plays. I won't be listening to this one again. Which is a shame because the first bit was good 😢

I’m not going to act like one quiz suddenly fixed my entire life, because it didn’t. But after years of trying random manifestation techniques, Sara Rivers arche type quiz was the first thing that gave me an approach that actually felt suited to me.
