Although the place she chose was really nice after the new floors and paint, I would have chose the first place as not only was it brand new it was much cheaper. If only we had these rents today in 2024.

Even though the first one looked small, it was quite open and bright and that would make it look big to me. I am also a minimalist so I wouldn't have many clothes or furniture, to begin with, and since I am renting not buying, I will choose the first one and save as much money as I want towards buying a home eventually. The major things I loved about the third home were the extra bathroom and location. I didn't like the fact that it has been lived in the kitchen looks outdated or that the rent is higher. I hardly ever have guests so I don't need the extra bathroom

Wait! What? The bedroom reached its potential with furniture placed in the right way. It's the same damn way. Just added another useless tiny nightstand. And replace a carpet square if you spill something on it? The original colors would have faded. How about cleaning the spot. Good grief!

You would be saving a lot of money too if you stayed out from underneath that tanning bed and you should have come to place yourself that way you would have saved some money
