  Bro this is too true I am on my lean journey, and I work at a grocery store stocking. No lie I see over 1000+ people a day and anytime I see a lean person its like seeing a damn unicorn. Also you are right the goofiness never stops every other day they are giving out free cakes and cookies in our break room.

  The fact that you emphasize a calorie deficit plus high protein and heavy weights has cleared a lot of “mental fat“ for me in regards to fitness. I’m trying to play the long game with this now. Thanks so much for your videos and insights.

  It’s rare to see a truly lean person even in the gym!<br>I thought most people in my gym looked good, but the leaner I got over a few months I started to notice the big stomachs.

  I have gone in 3 different grocery stores this week, different chains. The first thing you walk past at each store is a table of &nbsp;cake and donuts.

  I have a director at work who has been extremely lean. Medium muscle, nothing crazy though. But even then every time he comes into a meeting room everyone shuts up and looks at him. Everyone is interested what he has to say. You can say “oh, it’s simply because he’s a director” and it’s true to an extent. We have other directors who are not treated like that. Body game is really the current meta in life
