By the time I was entering my 20’s my dad had died suddenly of a heart attack when I was 17, leaving me and my mom, struggling to pay our rent/bills … i graduated high school while working full time, and then my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I took care of her by myself until she died, I was only 25 years old…. Never assume someone in their 20’s is living care free

We got so gaslit by the media and older gens that 20s should be the best time of your life. But the truth is, you don't even get to live the life of your own in your 30s. Please stop following the traditional timeline! Our lives are SO different than theirs.

When I look back at my 20s, they were a mess, because I was. But that was my journey, and now at 60, I see it all so clearly and I'm grateful for every experience.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until halfway through. The way they talk about showing up for yourself, even when it’s quiet, even when no one’s clapping yet—that hit.

If you're scrolling through the comments looking for a sign, consider this it. If it’s late, take a deep breath, relax, and remind yourself that it’s okay to let go of what you can’t control. The past is behind you, the future will come on its own - all you really have is this moment. I remember feeling disconnected and unsure of myself, but everything started to shift after I read The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel. That book helped me reconnect with my inner strength and reminded me of the power I had all along. Since then, I’ve started to feel more aligned, more confident, and I’m finally seeing things fall into place. If you’re feeling lost, don’t ignore it. Do something today that your future self will thank you for. Tomorrow, I’m waking up with purpose and focusing on what truly matters. Maybe this is exactly what you needed to read. Thank you for this great video, helpful for real... Wish you all the best 💞 💫

Well detailed video.. Moving on from an ex you loved with all your heart is very hard to get over, there are a lot of people who are still secretly in love with their exes, but as a result of pride they die in silence instead of looking for a way to mend things, and if it beyond repairs, then go for therapy sessions

I read the defining decade when I was 22. I ended up moving abroad for a few years, figured out what I wanted out of life and had some amazing experiences whilst living far away from home and navigating a completely new culture. And now I moved back and started my career. My 20s have still been tough, but that book was so helpful in helping me to understand my 20s. The concept of identity capital is particularly excellent

need to share this because it changed everything. was stuck in the same patterns for years - overthinking, self-doubt, feeling blocked. heard about this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers in a podcast and the quantum physics approach to manifestation finally made things click. 3 weeks after reading: noticed synchronicities everywhere, opportunities flowing naturally, and my mindset completely shifted. if you're feeling stuck like i was, the frequency alignment method in this book works. still amazed at how different life feels

I could be wrong, but i think a lot of the anxiety we feel about our 20s, as a girl/woman (idk, i&apos;m in between), is because of the beauty standards. It may sound ridiculous but think about it: EVERYONE in their 20s are struggling, everyone is desperate because life is not figured out, we see our friends getting closer to FINISHING college and working and we feel like total shit like &quot;omg, my life is over, i should have known better by 17&quot; (i feel just like this) but when you&apos;re a girl it&apos;s even worse cause we live in a society that not only idolizes youth but ONLY see worth in woman when they&apos;re young (&quot;man age like wine, woman age like milk&quot;), and this makes us think that we HAVE to RUSH everything more than anyone else cause the only time we get to have fun is now but at the same time we have to get our shit together and it seems like we can&apos;t have both.<br>Being a woman is hard.
