Thank You. // There was a lot of good music in the 1980s. We had very little music at home. Worst era (maybe 1980-1985) We had broken cassette player and radio. Brother had cassette player, but he did go study to another city. My brother had some OMD. I bought cassette player 1985. I've been a fan of the band for about 43 years. // I am 55 years old pensionist from Finland.

Prolific synthpop band! They literally get better and better - currently touring an intense festival season in Europe right now and blowing away everyone's expectations! Best band to see live! Don't let their age fool you. And they have new, current, fantastic songs!

OMD is an exceptional late 70s, and in the 80s synth band that literally paved the way like si many British bands who formed and played around the same time. I saw them for the very first time in Toronto at HISTORY on July 4th, 2025. Wow! All the songs took me back to my teens. Their music will forever be played and never forgotten ❤️ THANK YOU OMD for everything that you are as individuals and with your talents.
