  you missed a few pionts..... mayo/roscommon/leitrim galway etc has some of the richest gas shale deposits, Donegal Has uranium, and also there is known oil deposits off various parts of the west coast!

  We do fully understand that the absemt salmon has been mostly due to the sale of Irelands fisheries to an European union deal giving unsupervised access to major overfishing by huge harvesting vessels equipped with sonar, together with the explosion of fish rearing cages  unsuiteable for the shallow,  warm brackish  water lacking sufficient salt, depth  and cold to kill the sea lice ensuring the fish have no chance of survival, and instead face extinction.

  You missed that the matchmaker festival in Lisdoonvarna was threatened with extinction as the main hotel has been fully occupied with immigrants amd having visited and seen the consequences, there is every chance that the tourist businesses like this and all over the west of Ireland have been badly impaired &amp; many gone out of business due to many of the hotels having been taken over by government for<br> &quot; international obligations&quot;.The small communities smothered by their own government and dedicated to enriching now multimillionaire landlords.Pity but it&apos;s true!

  You need to get your spelling and pronouncation right, as it really diminshes this video. The correct provincial name and spelling is Connacht. The correct spelling is Donegal. The disappearing lakes are called Turloughs.

  Another fact that you didn&apos;t mention,- Aughinish on the Shannon Estuary supplies something like 14 shiploads of alumina a month, for the Russians to use for terrorizing Ukrainians, and also risks an environmental catastrophe for our beautiful estuary, the dolphins, birds, shellfish, salmon etc that live in it.
