It sounds like he’s gone through a lot of turmoil and drama in his life, that’s definitely reflected on his work. The guy’s a mad genius, and I can get enough of him! Thanks to whoever uploaded this!

Even as a pre-teen buying each issue as they came out…I knew Bill was special. Even if I didn’t quite understand his style. It felt out there and more luxe compared to other artists just doing pencils only. Cut to a few decades later and I was drawing a few professional projects and at a con I got to spend some time with Bill. He could not have been more lovely. Generous with his time and down to earth. I got to pick his brain on his process regarding Elektra Assassin related and New Mutants…those amazing covers.

I really feel that BS is one of the greatest artists of our generation. Not comic book artist but artist in general, on par with folks like Basquiat, Klimt and others

Pure genius. Steadman meets Schiele meets Rembrandt meets Raphael. One comic book panel from Moonknight no13 showing Daredevil falling to the ground, trying to balance his fall … made me a visual artist. I copied that pose on tracing paper after tracing paper. Thanks Bill !!

Assume these videos are from an extended film/documentary? If not would be great to see a full cut! 🤞
