My Grandmaster Mom Destroyed This Bar Player in 24 Moves

I think "destroyed" should be reserved for when you beat a trash talker or someone who claims to be better at the game than he actually is. This guy was none of those things. He even said that he doesn't play tournaments, so just a casual player who occasionally plays against friends. In fact, to make things clearer, I would say that a casual player holding on for 24 moves against a grandmaster is no small matter.

No need to be so harsh to him. He hold well for many moves against a GM, played creativity, and was not scared to attack a much stronger opponent. Big claps for him, and for his manners

He seemed polite and played fair, so &quot;destroyed&quot; seems unnecessary, imo.<br>Good game.

The guy just wanted a casual game of chess, and now he&apos;s on YouTube under a video titled &quot;Destroyed.&quot; He&apos;s just a regular player hanging out with friends—of course a Grandmaster is going to win. That&apos;s nothing to boast about.

It&apos;s lovely to see Pia in action, again. &nbsp; And the gentleman did manage to keep things even for quite a while. &nbsp;A good game.
