  They’re so cute. What I know is Panda bears are being kept in captivity because they almost went extinct. &nbsp;They have a breeding program to save the species.

  Honestly it’s very crazy that they zookeepers are actually able to go in with mom fully conscious and TOUCH her! It shows the bond they’ve probably had with her since she was that small, but they are still bears with the ability to do great harm. Very impressive.

  Even if pandas give birth to twins, they usually only raise one. So the keepers would have to swap the twins around to make sure the mother would care for both (one cub at a time). The one swapped out would be in the incubator for 10-15 days, while the other twin is with their mother till the next swap.
