The Most Special Persian Kabab + Ultimate Iranian Breakfast

Nestled in the bustling heart of Tehran, a Traditional North of Iran restaurant offers a unique dining experience that brings the lush flavors of the Caspian region to the capital city. Designed with a blend of rustic and elegant elements, the restaurant's ambiance reflects the verdant landscapes of the Gilan and Mazandaran provinces. Wooden décor, vibrant Persian carpets, and traditional pottery create a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels like stepping into a Gilani village. The staff, dressed in conventional northern attire, add an authentic touch to the experience, making every guest feel warmly welcomed. At the heart of the restaurant’s menu is the Gamaj Kebab, a signature dish cooked to perfection using recipes passed down through generations. The kebab is made from marinated cuts of lamb or beef, infused with garlic, onions, and tangy citrus juice, then grilled over a charcoal flame. The result is a tender, smoky, and flavorful dish with fluffy saffron rice, tangy pomegranate sauce, and various fresh herbs. The restaurant prides itself on using ingredients sourced from the northern provinces, ensuring that each bite captures the authentic taste of the Caspian region. The picturesque setting of the restaurant further enhances the dining experience. Guests can enjoy their meals in a beautiful courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, reminiscent of Gilan's natural beauty. Traditional live music fills the air on cool evenings, adding a cultural touch to the serene environment. Whether for a family gathering, a romantic dinner, or simply a culinary journey to the north of Iran, this restaurant promises a memorable experience with its exquisite flavors and enchanting ambiance.
