Had my car broken into multiple times, saw a guy crash his bike and while he was on the ground injured some one stole his bike, Sunday mornings sound like the world is ending with sirens, church bells, screams, and car horns. Horrible place.

Baltimore City has a population of 500k citizens.Their are 320 Homicides and 1k overdose Deaths every year for 12 Consecutive Years...This is What Heroin and Cocaine can do to a city...There are hundreds of open air drug markets..The Police Officers sit in their cars at open air drug areas, clearly able to see drugs being sold..But the Police are their to deter Shootings and violence,not to interfere with the drug trade.The Drug War is Over,We lost... Therefore,To The Victor Goes The Spoils...
