  Lovely place if you don&apos;t like trivial things like freedom of speech, elections, women&apos;s rights, race equality, human rights, but hey there&apos;s no tax and it&apos;s sunny..great stuff.

  The UK might not have Dubai’s skyscrapers or year-round sunshine, but it has things money can’t build. Rolling green countryside, ancient forests, rugged coastlines and four beautiful seasons that transform the landscape throughout the year. Wildlife lives alongside us too, from hedgehogs and foxes to deer in misty morning fields.<br>There’s also a freedom in everyday life, the simple ability to hold someone’s hand, show affection, speak openly and be yourself. Add to that the NHS, caring for people regardless of wealth, and a history woven through castles, villages and centuries-old streets.<br>Dubai has luxury and spectacle. The UK has nature, seasons, wildlife, freedom and a society built on shared care. 🌿🇬🇧

  I worked saudi in the early 2010s ,grabbed the money and retired to south east asia . &nbsp; Been taxed free for 25 years ,middle east , cayman islands and saved so much .Miss the history of the UK ,fishing ,walking ,countryside ...but live in a country where i have sun every day

  I lived in Dubai for 10 years, I sold properties which shapes the Dubai skylines. I&apos;m back in the UK now until it&apos;s safe to return. God Bless Dubai.

  I lived in Dubai in the 70&apos;s as a kid. And my goodness has it changed since then!
