Vitamin D deficiency is a lot more common than you might think, Adam, speaking from personal experience !!! Apparently, as it turns out, sunscreens are not so great after all, as they block the suns rays from penetrating, as well as being full of chemicals. It is best to go out early morning or later in the day, without sunscreen, and without sunnies, when the sun is not as hot, and not stay out for too long. You’re on the right track !!!
