I love Waldman, Olds, Berrigen. Jim Carroll is probably my favorite "contemporary" poet. I'm saving up money to try and buy a copy of his ORGANIC TRAINS chapbook-- his first. <br>While I understand your categorization of Jim into the Beats-- there's an interview where he discusses himself not being a best poet. Again, though, I understand. I just found this channel, and I'm already fully invested in your guy's stuff.
