  I pray the Rosary every night before bed for my anxiety and I find it so helpful. It helps me relax and focus on something meaningful instead of dark thoughts in the quiet. I end up drifting off to sleep. I always give thanks the next morning.

  I am so happy I found Catholicism. I prayed for years for God to guide me where I needed to be and that nothing I was doing was working. I finished OCIA this Easter and have never felt more at peace in my soul.

  I’m currently suffering from scrupulosity. I agonize over the details of my prayer life, thinking I need to make such detailed, sometimes repetitive petitions daily. I micromanage my own actions and find myself twisted into knots thinking I have sinned or displeased God with almost everything thought. Sometimes I even critique the posture of my praying, thinking it shows disrespect. This was a video I needed to hear today…it’s that reminder of who God is and what he has already done for me and what he will continue to do for me. Thank you

  This video was meant for me, literally balled my eyes out listening to this. I&quot;ve been praying and feeling so anxious about my intentions and this video just reminded me of one thing...surrender. Wholly trusting that God&apos;s got me and i need to submit fully to His will for my life. I am carrying Phillipians 4:4-7 with me and praying for peace while in the waiting.

  I have suffered from anxiety and depression for years. Now I am old and tired. I have detached from everything except my faith which is the most important gift in my life. God is all I have. I seek peace and freedom so much. Please pray for me that I find it in Jesus Christ my Savior.
