Graham Sloane pointed a gun at Tessa and gave her a simple choice:

Walk away from Grant’s bed and live—or stay and die beside him.

There was just one thing the corrupt federal director didn’t know.

Before Tessa spent 8 years running an ICU, she had spent 10 YEARS pulling wounded men out of combat zones as an Army medic.

So when an assassin came for her patient, Tessa didn’t run.

She STAYED WITH THE PATIENT.

And after gunfire, betrayal, and a SWAT response finally ended the nightmare, Grant was still alive—and Tessa’s response when someone offered to escort her away was unforgettable:

She still had four hours left in her shift.

👇 Would you have stayed with Grant after being given the chance to walk away safely?

I've been thinking about your stories. I know they're just that ~ stories. But my brother was an OR Tech in the Navy & 53yrs later he still remembers everything he learned.
