I discovered this song recently. I agree with your take. It is one of the great ones.

The song I didn't know I needed to hear just now. Many thanks for reacting to it.

One of the best series finales played on Scrubs (the last season doesn’t count!!). It was awesome watching the main character walk down the corridor past everyone he interacted with, and then to watch his future being played.

This was my wife and I’s first dance.

Read the backstory for “I Grieve”…then get ready to cry. Masterclass in loss.

He’s a genius and his voice will soothe your soul. If you haven’t already, check out some his earlier stuff - Solsbury Hill, Here Comes the Flood, Biko, The Rhythm of the Heat, Don’t Give Up, In Your Eyes, Secret World, and Washing of the Water.

Watch anything from “The Secret World” concert. Seriously, or just watch the whole damn thing. Peter Gabriel is singular. I’ve seen him twice in concert.

His cover of David Bowie’s Heroes is sublime.
