  I always laugh when i see kenyans blaming their corrupt leaders as the primary cause of Kenya's problems while the citizens themselves are corruptible if not more! How can a corrupt electorate vote for an honest leader?

  Some hospital staff are very corrupt as they charge sick patients money at every point of treatment. Patients have active SHA but are forced to pay for consultation, lab, imagining etc. They should be sacked, arrested and prosecuted.

  I think it goes both ways. Employees stealing from employers and employers stealing from employees at the first sign of vulnerability.

  The solution might be what matatu industry does. Require the employee to give you a certain amount daily or weekly. For example, tell them you want 2k daily and what's on top they can pocket.
